Find products you want to buy: There are 3 ways to find products to buy

• Quick search when knowing the product name: Customers type “product name” in the search box
  
• Search through the “product menu category”: If you do not immediately identify the product you want to buy, you can find the product you want by browsing the Product Menu
• Chat directly with a consultant in the chat window on the bottom right corner of the website

When the customer has found the desired product, the customer clicks on the image or product name to go to the product’s detailed information page.

2. Delivery policy

Delivery charges:

Delivery, inside and outside the city of Da Lat, Inter-province and City: Delivery charges and time are applied according to the policy of SAVE DELIVERY JOINT STOCK COMPANY or by agreement of the two parties.
